It is led by Filip Koziel, designer and founder with over two decades of experience in garden design and horticulture, alongside Rocio Teba, who handles creative management, communication and project coordination.

Their work blends art, science and nature: 2D and 3D design, planting plans and horticultural advice, construction with trusted skilled professionals, and maintenance by a dedicated in-house team. The studio works closely with clients and architects to create personalised outdoor spaces tailored to each lifestyle and to the specific characteristics of the property, integrating features such as pergolas, outdoor kitchens and water features.

The process begins with an initial consultation and a thorough site analysis, moves on to a design proposal with handcrafted perspectives, and is refined together with the client until it matches their vision. During the build, Groove provides hands-on technical direction on site to fine-tune proportions, sightlines and plant relationships, acting as an independent design authority that safeguards the integrity of the project.
